After a sold out tour of Ontario in winter 2025, Cancer Bats are now heading out across the USA. To celebrate, we’re releasing two live albums exclusively on the HIO platform today!‘Live in the Hammer’ and ‘Forest City Hardcore: Live in London, ON’ not only offers a glimpse of what’s in store for audiences who attend these upcoming shows, but also captures these hardcore punk legends at the top of their game – serving as the perfect cross-section of their 20 years as a band.

Frontman Liam Cormier literally bounces off the walls as he conducts the crowd into a maniacal frenzy. Bassist Jaye Schwarzer is a limitless frontier of infinite energy. Guitarist Jackson Landry is kinetic and frenetic despite the note-for-note perfection in his delivery of these classic songs, while drummer Mike Peters is as bombastic as the Bonhams, Lombardos and Hoglans that have come before him, grounding the songs like an anchor within the hornet’s nest he sits within. It’s truly incredible shit.
